BN team spread between Geneva and the Philippines

Every quarter, the BN team, spread between Geneva and the Philippines, gathers for enriching retreats in the beautiful surroundings of Cebu, Philippines. In November 2024, we had the privilege of spending a productive and inspiring week at North Cove, a gem nestled on the southeast coast of Cebu.

While we appreciate the many advantages of remote work, we firmly believe that these regular gatherings are essential to strengthening our team cohesion. They allow us to tackle professional, technical, and methodological challenges together, both in our internal interactions and with our clients.

During this team-building week, we had the pleasure of welcoming a distinguished guest: the Director of Resources from a renowned Geneva-based NGO, one of our long-standing clients. His expertise opened new perspectives in terms of innovative IT solutions, complementing and optimizing our MS Dynamics database. His valuable recommendations will further enhance our ability to support our clients in optimizing their administrative processes using the latest technological advancements.

Beyond the intensive work sessions and strategic discussions, this retreat was also anopportunity to immerse ourselves in the natural splendor of Cebu. We enjoyed the crystal- clear waters, the warm and attentive hospitality of our hosts, the delicious Filipino cuisine, and an infrastructure perfectly suited to our professional and personal needs.

These moments of sharing and relaxation have strengthened our bonds and fueled our commitment to continue innovating and delivering the best to our clients. We are already looking forward to our next retreat, convinced that it will be another opportunity for learning, growth, and camaraderie.
